Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Please note that return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer (e.g., the item is not wanted or was ordered incorrectly), the consumer is responsible for return shipping. The specific cost will depend on the shipping carrier you choose.
  • If the return is caused by us (e.g., the item is damaged or the wrong product was delivered), the consumer does not need to pay for return shipping.

Please read our terms and conditions in advance to ensure a smooth process and to help us issue your refund quickly.

We cannot accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The item is not returned in its original packaging or has been used/washed/damaged.
  • The item is returned without providing us with a tracking number in advance.
  • Items worn directly on the skin (e.g., swimwear and underwear) must not be opened or used due to hygiene reasons. Otherwise, they are considered used and cannot be returned.

How does the return process work?

  1. Contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page, and we will provide you with the return address.
  2. Drop off the package at your local post office and choose tracked shipping.
  3. Send the tracking number to our support team so we can verify your return.
  4. As soon as we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount within one week via the payment method used for the order.

Important Note:

If returning the item is not worthwhile due to shipping costs, we’ll be happy to help you find a solution. You will receive a personalized offer from our support team.

PLEASE NOTE: Don’t forget to include your order number in the return shipment. Without this number, we cannot assign the package and therefore cannot issue a refund. (The order number consists of "#" + digits, e.g., "#1234").

Return Address:

Please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page to receive the return address. The consumer is responsible for return shipping, and we do not cover the cost if the return is due to the consumer’s choice.

Once the items have arrived at the warehouse, you will receive your refund within 14 days.
