When will my order be shipped?

Our products are manually inspected before shipping. 99% of our products leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after the order is completed. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders are handled within 7ā€“15 business days and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow its progress.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or change your order, this is possible as long as the product has not been shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes.
