When will my order be shipped?
Our products are manually inspected before shipping. 99% of our products leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after the order is completed. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.
When will my order arrive?
We process orders Monday through Saturday. Orders are handled within 7–15 business days and shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the destination.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow its progress.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, this is possible as long as the product has not been shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation, we unfortunately can no longer make any changes.
I ordered two products but only received one – why?
We offer a wide range of products that may be stored in different warehouses. Therefore, items may be shipped separately. There are no additional costs for this.
Can I return underwear or swimwear purchased online?
Yes, you can return underwear or swimwear in the same way as other items, provided they are unused and in their original condition.
What if the product I ordered is defective?
If you receive a defective product, we will gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
